We are dedicated to our clients' needs and delivering a level of service that is unparalled in our market.

We Are Here For You

Although certain things may have changed, our core philosophy of providing excellent service has not.  We've adapted the way we do business, working remotely and leveraging virtual technology to continue to facilitate real estate transactions and serve you in the way you've come to expect.

Cutting-Edge Virtual Tools

Our agents are equipped with the best tools to continue to serve you with excellence, virtually.  Enjoy virtual consultations with your Realtor® via video conferencing apps.  We can facilitate video or 3D virtual tours & open houses, as well as private virtual showings.  Communication and service is actually easier than ever using virtual tools!

One-On-One Showings

When you're ready to view a property in person, we can do that! Realtors® are allowed to show one person a home at a time. This means if there are two of you that would like to view a home, one must wait in the car while the other person views the property, then switch. We're prioritizing everyone's safety by observing proper social distancing and CDC guidelines.

Appraisals, Inspections, & Repairs

Appraisals and inspections that are crucial to complete a transaction may take place. Your Realtor® will accompany the appraiser and inspector. As only two people are currently allowed in a property at one time, your Realtor® and appraiser or inspector will provide a full report of findings afterward. Final repairs that are required to complete a transaction may also take place.

Contracts & Closings

We can easily facilitate electronic document signing that you can do from anywhere. Sales contracts can be completed with electronic signatures and documents are sent into escrow electronically. Many of our title company partners are also offering virtual services or curbside closings. Finally, when your transaction closes we can take care of wireless delivery of funds so you don't have to go to your bank.

Your Questions, Answered

There is a lot of uncertainty about the real estate market and how this situation may impact you now and into the future.  We are here for you!  Here are some answers to the most common questions we're getting asked right now.

How Is The Market Holding Up?

The real estate market was fundamentally very strong, especially in our region, before the COVID-19 crisis hit.  This is not a real estate-led economic crisis.  Transactions are continuing due to virtual technology, and are supported by some of the lowest interest rates in history.

Is Now A Good Time To Buy?

The answer to this really depends on a buyer's personal situation and goals.  What is your motivation to purchase?  Currently, local buyers and first-time homebuyers are enjoying less competition from out-of-state buyers.  Also, interest rates are at an all-time low.

Should I Wait To Sell?

Again, this depends on your motivation to sell.  You may have changes in your job or family that are forcing you to sell.  In general, there's still more demand than supply in our region, and we haven't seen prices drop yet as a result of this crisis.

What's Going To Happen With Interest Rates?

Interest rates are currently at historical lows.  Our mortgage partners advise that even though they may continue to drop slightly, lenders have fixed rates and we will most likely not see 0% interest.  They are forecasting low interest rates to continue.

Are Lenders Tightening Criteria?

Some of the larger banks have increased the minimum acceptable FICO score to qualify for certain loan types, and in some cases increased minimum down payment requirements.  However, not all lenders have been forced to make these changes.  Connect with your local mortgage provider to discuss opportunities.

How Can My Agent Help?

Your Realtor® can help you navigate the current real estate market, providing advice and solutions no matter your situation and needs.  We are here to answer your questions, provide advice, and leverage technology to serve your real estate needs.
